Work Experience

Walmart ASR

Embedded Software Intern

SEPT 2023 - AUG 2024

Walmart ASR was my last internship that I completed to satisfy my Masters and Gordon Institute degree requirements. I spent almost a year here working on my Challenge Project, the Alphabot Dynamics Library. I worked with some of the smartest people I'll ever meet on implementing control solutions for an embedded application. I spent a lot of time working of software development, and picking up new skills I wouldn't have been able to without their support. I attribute choosing Robotics as a career to my experience with the staff at WASR. Thank you Walmart ASR!

Verve Motion

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING CO-OP
JAN - JULY 2022, SEPT - DEC 2022

I had the pleasure of working with the team at Verve for my second and final co-op at Northeastern, and I'm very grateful to have met and worked with all of the wonderful people there. My responsibilities included lifetime / HALT testing of sensors and physical components of our SafeLift 150 device, as well as data analysis and post-processing via homemade Python GUIs. I also found myself performing DFM on test fixtures and components, in addition to performing electrical and mechanical repairs on damaged devices.

E Ink

MECHANICAL TESTING CO-OP
JAN - JUNE 2021

E Ink was my first exposure to employment in the field of engineering, and I couldn't be more thankful for everything that I learned while on the job. My responsibilities included testing 500+ samples daily in an electro-optics lab over a range of machines, as well as the design of an Active Humidity Control System, further details under "My Projects". I gained significant experience over a range of different fields, such as programming (python), LabView, laser cutting, Instron tensile testing,  and product / experimental design. I'm looking forward to applying and improving upon these skills at my next Co-op!
